Lovely hotel and a warm welcome.

Nicely modernised since our last visit. Food and service excellent, nice clean room. The reception staff are first class, especially Omar. Pool area very nicely kept with plenty of loungers. Highly recommended, we will return.

Wonderful

The facilities, breakfast was superb.

No all inclusive. This would be nice. Dinner option is minimal and have to drive to get to a restaurant unless you want the dinning hall at 200 shel per person.

Great!

Breakfast was exceptional. The pool was wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lot's of fun things to do with kids. The rooms are wonderful. Overall a great stay.

Price is quite steep and parking could be improved, but other than that we had a truly amazing stay. I did not like that there was no dinner on Saturday for religious reasons. That was unprofessional.

Very Good

Spaciouse room, excellent breakfast, beautiful gardens and excellent recreation facillities, the Thai restauant near the pool was very good - both the food and the service.

Room maintenance and cleaning could be more meticulous. Noise from the corridor, especially from the cleaning staff in the morning Room service was lacking an appropriate trolly or tray,

Fantastic, will definitely recommend and hope to return.

We chose this location to explore northern Israel. It worked out perfectly. We had dinners and lunches at the bar and the restaurant, both were very good and the breakfasts were sumptuous and delicious. Our balcony was outstanding, large and a beautiful view. The staff especially at the bar were very friendly, helpful, and fun.

I really can't think of anything major. A minor point is that it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station earlier than the breakfast start to grab a "to go" coffee. I like to go for a run in the morning after coffee/tea and before breakfast. But this was a very minor point. Everything was excellent.

Pass or lower your expectations. It's not how it used to be. Hopefully they'll improve down the road

The rooms are comfortable and clean

Dan is known to be a premium 5 star hotel chain. But they failed to deliver a good experience. You can blame covid19, but nah. Here's what's wrong: (1) Staff is clueless and inexperienced: at the pool, at the lobby, even at the front desk, etc. It's also loud, and not in a fun way (2) There's no reasonable dining options for lunch - food at the pool area is a disgrace (3) Breakfast: the selection is a joke. The staff that serves it is even worse: completely clueless and incompetent.

Exceptional experience and a hotel which rivals all others I have stayed in - truely five star

This hotel is exceptionally good. I stay in a lot and few can rival the design, quality, food, staff or thought which has gone into this hotel making your stay truly relaxing. Great location, incredibly comfy and a brilliant place to relax even if it rains every day like it did during our stay!

The creaking pipe in the bathroom of 210 when you run the water. Lack of milk or creamer in the room Steam room and sauna being in a busy corridor

I was leaving from the hotel at 7 o’clock in the morning and 06:50 I went to restaurant to have a breakfast and one of the guy said from restaurant we will open at 07:00 , I said I know but I should leave into 10 minutes so Can I have something, he said again we will open 7 o’clock . I don’t know his name but it was not nice. One of the girl from reception call restaurant and she helped me to get quick breakfast. Thanks to her. All the rest except this matter was perfect.

Beautiful grounds & facilities, especially the pool area.

The room was too small for 3 people, especially because we paid 1/3 more when we changed the room & reservation to 3 people. It turned out to be the same room, not a bigger room. I was told there would be 3 beds AND a pull-out/couch area to sit. Turns out is was the same room and the third bed was the pull-out sofa, so there was nowhere to sit. The hotel should not be charging for the extra person in the room, like all hotels in everywhere else in the world. I feel I overpaid! (Would have been happy jus to pay for the breakfast for the 3rd person in the same room) The other disappointing thing was the breakfast. It was delicious, 9/10 for taste but 6/10 for fresh fruit & vegetables. Only 2 salads and grapefruit. No other fruit! For the price of the breakfast that was not acceptable.
