Lovely hotel and a warm welcome.

Nicely modernised since our last visit. Food and service excellent, nice clean room. The reception staff are first class, especially Omar. Pool area very nicely kept with plenty of loungers. Highly recommended, we will return.

Wonderful

The facilities, breakfast was superb.

No all inclusive. This would be nice. Dinner option is minimal and have to drive to get to a restaurant unless you want the dinning hall at 200 shel per person.

Great!

Breakfast was exceptional. The pool was wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lot's of fun things to do with kids. The rooms are wonderful. Overall a great stay.

Price is quite steep and parking could be improved, but other than that we had a truly amazing stay. I did not like that there was no dinner on Saturday for religious reasons. That was unprofessional.

Very Good

Spaciouse room, excellent breakfast, beautiful gardens and excellent recreation facillities, the Thai restauant near the pool was very good - both the food and the service.

Room maintenance and cleaning could be more meticulous. Noise from the corridor, especially from the cleaning staff in the morning Room service was lacking an appropriate trolly or tray,

Fantastic, will definitely recommend and hope to return.

We chose this location to explore northern Israel. It worked out perfectly. We had dinners and lunches at the bar and the restaurant, both were very good and the breakfasts were sumptuous and delicious. Our balcony was outstanding, large and a beautiful view. The staff especially at the bar were very friendly, helpful, and fun.

I really can't think of anything major. A minor point is that it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station earlier than the breakfast start to grab a "to go" coffee. I like to go for a run in the morning after coffee/tea and before breakfast. But this was a very minor point. Everything was excellent.

Médiocre

Nous avons eu un problème avec un rideau de la chambre. La direction nous a accusé d’avoir cassé le rideau , a refusé de nous parler , ne s’est même pas excusé et n’a a offert aucun dédommagement. C’est une honte. Les enfants étaient réveillé à 5h du matin et ont dormi dans notre chambre. Nous avons donc utilisé que une de nos deux chambres et avons été accusés en plus et avons reçu aucune excuse et aucune solution. Les managers sont lamentables et ne connaissent rien au métier d’hôtellerie.
